The Jacobite: 2026 Season Update
Following valuable feedback from our passengers and an evaluation of the operational costs associated with our Mark 2 carriages, West Coast Railways has formally approached the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) to reinstate our traditional Mark 1 rolling stock. These traditional carriages have been a hallmark of the Jacobite experience for over 25 years, and we know how much our passengers value their classic charm.

This is a return trip, we do not offer one way tickets

Prices above are per passenger, except for the Private Table For 2, which is the price for two passengers and the Compartment which seats up to six passengers. 1st class seats will be at a table for 4. There is a minimum booking of two passengers in first class. Single passengers can travel in standard class.
Please note that if you are booking for more than 4 passengers in first class you will be seated on 2 tables of 4 behind each other. If you wish to be seated on a table for 2 as well as the table for 4 (first class seats) directly opposite then this must be done via telephone as the booking system will not seat you this way automatically due to the private table for two being a different price. If you are unable to make contact via telephone then please make two separate bookings ( one for a table for 2 & first class seats) and request via email that you are seated together.
Fares are subject to a minimum £3.75 booking fee.
Please note that there is a £15 Admin Fee when an amendment is made to a booking.
Please note that child fares are for 16 years or under and any child can only travel with a paying adult.
Tickets are only valid for the date and times stated on them and are for a same day return on the same train only.
