The Settle-Carlisle line turns 150 this year, and The Dalesman returns with eight steam-hauled journeys to celebrate. Two routes from York (Tuesdays) and Chester (Thursdays). Vintage carriages. The Ribblehead Viaduct. 73 miles through the Yorkshire Dales and the Eden Valley. A once in a lifetime day out.
