Departing around 0620 from Skegness we pick up at stations as detailed to the right and make our way across the breadth of England through Manchester to the bustling resort of Blackpool. We have requested our outward route to take us along the Hope Valley through the Peak District to enable us to enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery on offer as we pass through Hathersage, Hope and Edale. You can choose to spend your free time in Manchester with its range of shops and museums or stay aboard to enjoy the scenery of the West Coast Main Line en route to Blackpool, a major resort with its range of attractions and Golden Mile. We would expect you to have either five or six hours in Manchester or around three hours in Blackpool
