Seating is typically arranged in groups of two or four. Tables are laid with crisp linen and dressed with the finest crockery in traditional Mk1 carriages, featuring beautifully upholstered seats.
Meals are prepared on board by our very own chefs and usually comprises of a full English breakfast or Continental if you prefer, with juices, tea, coffee, cereal, toast and preserves.
Dinner usually comprises of three or four courses. A full bar and wine service is available throughout the day, served at your seat.
Please note that our kitchens are not a nut free environment and food may contain traces of nuts.
A vegetarian option is available to our dining customers providing the request is made at least 7 days before the date of your tour. It is not possible to request vegetarian options on the day of travel.
In line with common restaurant practice, passengers in Premier Dining are kindly asked not to consume their own alcoholic drinks.

Please note that a 'vegetarian' or 'fish' main course option is available in Premier Dining (please notify us at least 7 days before your travel date if you require either the fish or the vegetarian options).
Regretfully we are unable to offer any other special dietary requirements (i.e. nut allergy, vegan, gluten free diets etc). It is not possible for guests to bring on board their own alcoholic drinks for consumption in Premier Dining Class.
